New York Divorce matters that we regularly engage in include:
- divorce - litigated, negotiated, mediated and uncontested;
- separation negotiations and agreements;
- property distribution;
- pre-nuptial agreements.
Our office provides New York and New Jersey uncontested and contested divorce and no fault divorce in the New York City Metropolitan area, and Northern New Jersey. The divorce process can be streamlined for clients who are able to work amicably with their spouse to arrive at a settlement solution. This service is not appropriate for couples who cannot work together to reach a settlement.
